Who’s Mahadita
She is a mind and spiritual teacher. Mahadita is her spiritual name, which means “the great woman,” symbolizing her unique journey of healing and self-discovery, a name given to her by her spiritual teacher “Guru” after she completed the spiritual guiding program.
She’s passionate and believing in the healing power that individuals possess in their inner journeys, her work revolves around guiding others to reclaim their truth by connecting with their inner selves, recognizing their emotions, releasing any feelings related to past traumas and parental wounds, reprogramming the brain, and understanding true values.
She also works as a Tantra and laughter yoga teacher. The main goal of her work is to guide others on the path of consciousness and flow and to find inner wisdom. She prepares her healing programs after in-depth study and practical application before providing and teaching them to others.
Mahadita’s school and philosophy

She follows the spiritual path of Tantra as a means of liberation, self-love, and awareness. She has gained her knowledge through her studies, ongoing personal research, her spiritual teacher, and her internal journey of self-discovery, alongside practical experience in life and ongoing divine inspiration, which she listens to during her solitude.
Her method of guidance and teaching follows the spiritual tantric approach, which aims to achieve harmony between the heart, mind, body, and soul. She applies breathing and meditation techniques, laughter yoga, chakra balancing, awareness practices, writing, and spiritual talking sessions in her programs.
Experience and Qualifications
(2011-2019)
She worked with NGOs (Save the Children, Norwegian Refugee Council, Princess Basma Youth Center) in psychological and social support, education, youth programs, and women’s empowerment initiatives targeting refugees, internally displaced individuals, and local populations in social cohesion projects.
2018
She initiated a staff care and well-being program to help employees working in emergency response programs reduce their stress levels using breathing and meditation techniques.
2019-2024
She enrolled in the Shri Kali Ashram in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and completed 200 hours of Tantra yoga in 2019. She returned to the school in 2023 to learn more about Tantra. In December 2019, she joined the Ambar Ashram in Bali, Indonesia, graduating as a mind and spiritual teacher and laughter yoga teacher. In 2024, she returned to the Ambar School and completed her Master Guide certification, which led her to design the spiritual guide program that issues students a certified diploma from the Ashram in Bali.
2020-Present
She began her private practice as a mind and spiritual teacher.
